WESTMALLE TRIPEL (9.5% ABV) – Trappist Ale. This tripel uses pale candy sugar & has a golden yellow color. It’s a memorable drink with hints of lemongrass, fruit & pepper – 13

 

MAREDSOUS 10 TRIPEL (10% ABV) – Golden-bodied, festive sparkle, complex aroma, lush body & creamy head. Traditional brewing methods of the Benedictine Monks of Maredsous are closely followed – 9

 

ORVAL (6.2% ABV) – Trappist Ale. This beer dates back to the 12th Century! It has an intensely aromatic, dry character. Hoppy, cloudy color, rich & extremely complex. Can be laid down for several years – 12

 

OUD BEERSEL GEUZE (6% ABV) – Not for the lighthearted!  This Geuze has notes of lemongrass, limes & pepper; starts off with a hint of sweetness, & finished dry & sour, more like a lambic – 16

 

DUCHESSE DE BOURGOGNE (6.2 % ABV) – Reddish, deep brown classic sour beer.  Smell is tart & sweetly fruity, with flavors of mulled cherries, vinegar & raspberries – 10

 

CHIMAY GRAND RESERVE BLUE (9.0% ABV) – Trappist Ale. Known as the “Burgundy of Belgium.” Amber in color with red hues. Pleasant hint of roasted malt is present – 11

 

ROCHEFORT 10 (11.3% ABV) – Trappist Ale. Volcanic, chewy & rich. Stout-like with strong mocha & chocolate touches and the subtle hint of fruity pear – 15

 

OMMEGANG CHOCOLATE INDULGENCE (7% ABV) – Made with real Belgian chocolate, this brew is very dark brown with a tan, pillowy head.  Dry cocoa, cherry & roasted coffee notes are found in this full and creamy ale. (750ml) – 22
