The North 45 Private Dinner Series continues with our Summer Harvest Dinner on Tuesday, August 31st starting at 7pm. This is a four course dinner inspired by the amazing local foods available to us in Portland during the summer. Each course is paired with cocktails from a local distillery. Tickets are $65. 1st course: Smoked salmon mini tostadas with citrus aioli and micro-greens. Paired with Clear Creek Pear Brandy

2nd course: Grilled venison filet with wilted chard and wild Oregon mushroom béarnaise. Paired with No. 3 Gin from New Deal Distillery

3rd course: Summer squash stuffed with pink shrimp, Oregonzola, and toasted hazelnuts, with Marionberry creme fraiche. Paired with Mud Puddle Chocolate Vodka

4th course: Family style local fruit and cheeses platters. Paired with a selection of liqueurs from Clear Creek Distillery

Tour De France July 3rd-July 25th

Our flat screen will have all 3300 kilometers of the 2010 Tour De France showing in the pub this July. If you like France & cyclists, or you want to be around people who like France & cyclists, stop in for a bite and pint. Be sure to ask the bar manager, Leslie, about the North 45 Yellow Jersey. The Tour runs from July 3rd-July 25th.

Summer BBQ – Every Sunday

Chef Buddy will be firing up the N45 Traeger every Sunday starting June 6/12 for our Sunday Summer BBQ. Our 2500 sqft private patio is a great setting for enjoying a lazy outdoor Sunday, sipping drinks, & tasting Chef Buddy’s “BrewHog” pork ribs. Summer BBQ hours are 2:30pm-9pm every Sunday.

Our private dinner series continues with a Don Julio dinner on our back patio. Tickets are $60 and can be purchased at the bar. You can also email Josh to make your reservation. Guests will get to sample all tequilas neat in addition to the preset cocktails.

Scallop ceviche with black pepper tortilla chips and jicama chips

Round the World Whiskey Club

World Cup

Come support your favorite team for FIFA World Cup Soccer. All games will be showing throughout the evening. The pub will be open at 7am on Friday, June 18th for the USA vs Slovenia match. The pub will also be open at 11am every weekend and as needed for USA matches. Semifinals are Tues & Wed 7/6-7/7 with the finals on Sat & Sun 7/10-7/11. North 45 is the official supporter pub for USA Soccer.

Robert Burns Super, Sunday, January 31st

Join us for our annual Robert Burns Super hosted by Stuart Ramsey. We’ll be closing down the pub on Sunday, January 31st @ 7pm to have a private super filled with the readings and poems of Robert Burns, bagpipes, whiskey and of course, haggis. New Years Eve, Thursday, December 31st

Join the neighborhood party at North 45 on New Years Eve. Doors open at 4pm, but the party will really get going around 8pm. We’ll have live music starting at 9pm, a complementary champagne toast, and plenty of people to welcome into the new year with a kiss. North 45 will also be open New Years Day. Come in for a “New Year’s Resolution Cocktail.” It;s our special running all afternoon and evening on Friday. See you there!
