Come celebrate Mardi Gras at North 45 Pub. We’ll be starting the day at 4:00pm with a special appearance from Colum Egan, Bushmills Master Distiller. Bushmills Distillery is celebrating their 400th Year Anniversary! Colum is only in Portland for a day and North 45 is on the short list of pubs to visit. So come down and sample their anniversary whiskey, 1608, chat with Colum and get familiar with the whiskey we’ll be drinking on St Paddy’s Day!!.Chef Bart Smith will be dishing out Jambalaya, Cajun Mac & Cheese, and New Orleans Style Cajun Shrimp specials. Bartender specials include the famous Sazarac cocktail and the infamous Hurricane. We’ll also be entertained by the southern sounds of Paul Vorvick on electric guitar and Scotty Peterson on hamonica. Food & drinks start at 4pm, music starts at 7pm.

Happy New Year everyone. North 45 Pub has committed to collecting 1,000 pounds of canned food for the Oregon Food Bank. Please remember to bring a couple cans with you next time you come down for a pint. We only have a couple weeks left to hit our goal. Thanks for your support.

We just received our brand new, radiant outdoor heaters for our back patio. So if you’re in the mood to sit outside in the great NW fresh air, but are concerned about being warm and dry…have no fear. Come down and cozy up under our tent and let the heaters and drinks warm you up. The tent is new for us, so feel free to ask us to fire up the heaters for you and your group.

With the arrival of the winter weather, comes some of our favorite comfort food dishes with our own personal touch. Our chef has whipped up some home run meals including our North 45 Meatloaf with chipotle ketchup and a center-cut, bone-in pork chop with an apple-onion marmalade!! Both dishes come with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies.
