4th Annual Oktoberfest Party- Sat, Oct 9th, noon – midnight
Don’t miss this North 45 classic! Live Polka music, traditional food and lot’s of German beer. Drinking boots and big steins. Traditional dress strongly is encouraged as we’ll be awarding Best Dressed Awards later in the evening.
Brat Trot, Saturday Oct 9th
Join us as we carry our sausages from the river to our annual Oktoberfest Party at North 45. 12 noon start time at Paddy’s (SW 1st & Yamhill). Race ends at North 45 for the party. $10 entry gets you a boot, beer, & brat. ($5 if you show up in costume). Awards for Best Dressed. Contact Brian at “tribri1@comcast.net” to register.
Private Harvest Dinner- Tuesday, Aug. 31st @ 7pm
The North 45 Private Dinner Series continues with our Summer Harvest Dinner on Tuesday, August 31st starting at 7pm. This is a four course dinner inspired by the amazing local foods available to us in Portland during the summer. Each course is paired with cocktails from a local distillery. Tickets are $65. 1st course: Smoked salmon mini tostadas with citrus aioli and micro-greens. Paired with Clear Creek Pear Brandy
2nd course: Grilled venison filet with wilted chard and wild Oregon mushroom béarnaise. Paired with No. 3 Gin from New Deal Distillery
3rd course: Summer squash stuffed with pink shrimp, Oregonzola, and toasted hazelnuts, with Marionberry creme fraiche. Paired with Mud Puddle Chocolate Vodka
4th course: Family style local fruit and cheeses platters. Paired with a selection of liqueurs from Clear Creek Distillery
Tour De France July 3rd-July 25th
Our flat screen will have all 3300 kilometers of the 2010 Tour De France showing in the pub this July. If you like France & cyclists, or you want to be around people who like France & cyclists, stop in for a bite and pint. Be sure to ask the bar manager, Leslie, about the North 45 Yellow Jersey. The Tour runs from July 3rd-July 25th.
Summer BBQ – Every Sunday
Chef Buddy will be firing up the N45 Traeger every Sunday starting June 6/12 for our Sunday Summer BBQ. Our 2500 sqft private patio is a great setting for enjoying a lazy outdoor Sunday, sipping drinks, & tasting Chef Buddy’s “BrewHog” pork ribs. Summer BBQ hours are 2:30pm-9pm every Sunday.
