Private Harvest Dinner- Tuesday, Aug. 31st @ 7pm

184pxX135px_Homepage_GraphicThe North 45 Private Dinner Series continues with our Summer Harvest Dinner on Tuesday, August 31st starting at 7pm. This is a four course dinner inspired by the amazing local foods available to us in Portland during the summer. Each course is paired with cocktails from a local distillery. Tickets are $65. 1st course: Smoked salmon mini tostadas with citrus aioli and micro-greens. Paired with Clear Creek Pear Brandy

2nd course: Grilled venison filet with wilted chard and wild Oregon mushroom béarnaise. Paired with No. 3 Gin from New Deal Distillery

3rd course: Summer squash stuffed with pink shrimp, Oregonzola, and toasted hazelnuts, with Marionberry creme fraiche. Paired with Mud Puddle Chocolate Vodka

4th course: Family style local fruit and cheeses platters. Paired with a selection of liqueurs from Clear Creek Distillery
