It’s time for the 2nd Annual Oktoberfest Celebration at North 45. The party will be Friday, Oct 3rd and Saturday, Oct 4th. Doors open at 12 noon both days. Come enjoy German music, food, and lot’s of great German Beer. Our event is sponsored by Paulaner Brewery. The event will feature a $15 all-you-can-eat German buffet including German sausages, potato pancakes, pretzels, and German chocolate cake. We’ll also be selling authentic Oktoberfest steins. $20 gets you a stein filled with your choice of great Paulaner beer. The traditional costume contest will take place Saturday evening. North 45 will be hosting the AFL Grand Final on Friday, September 26th, starting at 9pm. This event is a charity event benefiting Portland’s local Aussie Rules team, Portland Power AFC. Money raised will go towards helping to send players to 2008 US Footy Nationals in Colorado this October. They’ll be asking for a $10 door donation as well as selling raffle tickets. If you’ve never seen an Aussie Rules game, the Grand Final is like their Super Bowl and will be a great introduction. Everyone is welcome. Contact Ben for more details.

Following in form with our Private Dinner series, North 45 will be hosting our Private Tequila Dinner on Tuesday, Sept. 2nd at 7pm. We’ll be sitting under the stars on our private courtyard serving 5 premium, different styled tequilas paired with a 5 course meal. (Think dungeness crab enchiladas and Tequila lime jumbo prawns, etc). Tickets are limited. Cost is $95. Seating is limited.
